‘Clearing the Throat & Heart Chakras – A Meditation Overlighted by Odin’ – recorded live with a small group.
This channelled meditation and healing is about the role of star beings uniting for a common purpose to bring forth higher dimensional incoming energies and grounding them into the earth. Helping increase our means of expressing ourselves and giving us the voice to increase the awareness in those around us. It will assist us in speaking to the good in people, enabling them to connect with their inner selves and higher frequency selves. We will be able to speak to the innate wisdom in those who find themselves awake but somehow asleep throughout this dream state. Knowing ourselves and our wisdom, connecting to all that is there to enhance this in ourselves. We are never alone and once we are connecting; we never will be disconnected. We will speak to the future generations of our family lines, allowing the hurt to flow through and away from our families and out into the open. Creating space for ourselves within our bodies – the biggest step is creating change for ourselves – in life – in all ways. How do we become happier more fulfilled beings on this earth and how does this contribute to new earth co-creation? Being one in all aspects, knowing ourselves in all forms and loving all these aspects while showing gratitude to the way they have enabled us to grow. Everyday we are living the future, now let’s make it work for us. How to stay grounded in the ocean of emotions – there is great change occurring at this time and we are being challenged to move through it on all levels as there is universal change on all timelines. Honoring ourselves and our needs – learning ways to say no and ways to say yes in order to receive what we have always wanted and truly desired for ourselves.
